Orlando, FL (AP): The Orlando Orcas have finally reached an agreement with 2B Mark Kachmar who went out and tested the waters as a Free Agent, but decided to re-sign with the Orcas. Kachmar didn’t get what he was looking for on the open market, but the Orcas signed him for a 2 year deal, which included a 3rd year player’s option.
